PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5001, to House Resolution
  1  2 101 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "permits" the following:  ", and to provide for the
  1  5 filing of manure management plans with counties".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed rules be
  1  9 amended to provide that a manure management plan
  1 10 required to be submitted to the department pursuant to
  1 11 House File 519 and rules adopted by the commission
  1 12 also be filed with the county board of supervisors in
  1 13 the county where the confinement feeding operation is
  1 14 located; and".
