  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-4059, to House File
  1  2 482, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 11 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 4, line 6, by striking the figure
  1  7 "$3,200,000" and inserting the following:
  1  8 "$2,000,000".
  1  9    #   .  Page 4, by striking lines 10 and 11 and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "for the subsidization of
  1 11 video rates for authorized users that are public
  1 12 school districts or accredited nonpublic schools.""
  1 13    #2.  Renumber as necessary.
