PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3543, to Senate File 150, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 11 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  g.  The".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, lines 17 and 18, by striking the words
  1  8 "upon completion of the agreement requirements".
  1  9    #3.  Page 5, by striking lines 30 through 32 and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "but not limited to
  1 11 permanency planning and placement review meetings,
  1 12 which shall include discussion of the child's
  1 13 rehabilitative treatment needs."
  1 14    #4.  Page 5, by striking lines 46 through 49 and
  1 15 inserting the following:
  1 16    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  j.  The actions".
  1 17    #5.  Page 6, lines 4 and 5, by striking the words
  1 18 "upon completion of the agreement requirements".
  1 19    #6.  Page 8, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1 20 "parents." the following:  "The court may, in deciding
  1 21 whether to order the parties to participate in
  1 22 mediation, consider whether ordering mediation may
  1 23 place a party at risk of domestic abuse if there is a
  1 24 credible history of domestic abuse between the
  1 25 parties."
  1 26    #7.  Page 8, by striking line 31.
  1 27    #8.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 28 and correcting internal references as necessary.
