  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3498, to Senate File 266, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by striking the figure
  1  5 "5,059,445" and inserting the following:  "5,009,445".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 46 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "   .  PARENT EDUCATION PILOT PROJECT
  1  9    For purposes of the parent education pilot project
  1 10 established under 1994 Iowa Acts, chapter 1199,
  1 11 section 58, in a county with fewer than 35,000
  1 12 inhabitants:

  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
