  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3498, to Senate File 266, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 20, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec. 302. 1994 Iowa Acts, chapter 1193, section
  1  7 15, is repealed."
  1  8    #2.  Page 20, line 11, by striking the word and
  1  9 figure "and 27" and inserting the following:  "27, and
  1 10 302".
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering and correcting internal
  1 12 references as necessary.
