  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3889, to Senate File 459, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 33, by inserting the word
  1  5 "accordingly." the following:  "If the revenue
  1  6 estimating conference agrees to a different estimate
  1  7 at a later meeting which projects a greater amount of
  1  8 revenue than the initial estimate amount used to
  1  9 calculate the judicial collection estimate, the
  1 10 director of revenue and finance shall recalculate the
  1 11 judicial collection estimate accordingly but only to
  1 12 the extent that the greater amount is due to an
  1 13 increase in the fines, fees, civil penalties, costs,
  1 14 surcharges, or other revenues allowed by law to be
  1 15 collected by judicial officers and court employees."
