1 3 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 28 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "2A. A party to a decree or order who willfully
1 6 disobeys the custody or visitation provisions of the
1 7 decree or order and who is subject to contempt
1 8 proceedings pursuant to section 598.23 is subject to
1 9 the provisions of this chapter. The supreme court
1 10 shall prescribe rules for application of this chapter
1 11 to parties described in this subsection."
1 12 #2. Page 12, by inserting after line 32 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "Sec. . Section 598.23, subsection 2, Code
1 15 1995, is amended by adding the following new
1 16 paragraph:
1 17 NEW PARAGRAPH. c. Provides for application of
1 18 chapter 252J regarding suspension, revocation,
1 19 nonissuance, or nonrenewal of a license to a party who
1 20 willfully disobeys the custody or visitation
1 21 provisions of an order or decree."
1 22 #3. Title page, line 8, by inserting after the
1 23 word "support" the following: "and application of
1 24 these provisions to a party held in contempt of court
1 25 for willfully disobeying the custody or visitation
1 26 provisions of an order or decree".
1 27 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
