  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3827, to Senate File 459, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by striking the words "not
  1  5 permit" and inserting the following:  "adopt rules
  1  6 necessary to implement, by January 1, 2000, a ban on".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 8, by striking the words "allow
  1  8 the".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "any" the following:  "building located in a".
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 through 27.
