1 4 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 35 the

1 6 "# . Page 31, by striking lines 11 and 12 and
1 7 inserting the following: "mental health and
1 8 developmental disabilities services. The moneys shall
1 9 be".
1 10 # . Page 31, by striking lines 22 and 23 and
1 11 inserting the following: "persons with a disability,
1 12 as defined in section 255C.2. However, no more".
1 13 # . Page 31, by striking line 28 and inserting
1 14 the following: "services provided to persons with a
1 15 disability."
1 16 # . Page 32, line 11, by striking the word
1 17 "MI/MR/DD/BI" and inserting the following: "a
1 18 disability".
1 19 # . Page 32, by striking line 13 and inserting
1 20 the following:
