1 2 #1. Page 5, by inserting after line 4 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . Section 523A.8, subsection 1, Code
1 5 1995, is amended by adding the following new
1 6 paragraph:
1 7 NEW PARAGRAPH. k. State that any financial
1 8 instrument which is used to make a payment under the
1 9 agreement is to be made payable to the financial
1 10 institution or entity where the money is to be
1 11 deposited in trust."
1 12 #2. Page 35, by inserting after line 17 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "Sec. . Section 523E.8, subsection 1, Code
1 15 1995, is amended by adding the following new
1 16 paragraph:
1 17 NEW PARAGRAPH. k. State that any financial
1 18 instrument which is used to make a payment under the
1 19 agreement is to be made payable to the financial
1 20 institution or entity where the money is to be
1 21 deposited in trust."
1 22 #3. Page 67, by inserting after line 24 the
1 23 following:
1 24 " . State that any financial instrument which is
1 25 used to make a payment under the agreement is to be
1 26 made payable to the financial institution or entity
1 27 where the money is to be deposited in the cemetery's
1 28 perpetual care and maintenance guarantee fund."
