  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3386, to House File 492, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 3, by inserting before line 26 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  Section 562B.10, subsection 4, Code
  1  8 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  9    4.  Rental agreements shall be for a term of one
  1 10 year unless otherwise specified in the rental
  1 11 agreement.  Rental agreements shall be canceled by at
  1 12 least sixty days' written notice given by either
  1 13 party.  A landlord shall cancel a rental agreement
  1 14 only for good cause and shall not cancel a rental
  1 15 agreement solely for the purpose of making the
  1 16 tenant's mobile home space available for another
  1 17 mobile home.""
