  1  1    Amend House File 512 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 18, by inserting after line 24 the fol-
  1  3 lowing:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 15A.1, subsection 3, Code 1995,
  1  5 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  6    NEW PARAGRAPH.  c.  The business has not solicited
  1  7 or advertised for permanent replacement employees
  1  8 during a labor dispute within the last ten years."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
