  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3640, to Senate File 290, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 3, by striking the word "may" and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "shall, at the option of the
  1  6 registrant,".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "intervals" the following:  "or on an annual basis".
  1  9    #3.  Page 3, line 25, by striking the word "may"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "shall, at the option of
  1 11 the registrant,".
  1 12    #4.  Page 3, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "intervals" the following:  "or on an annual basis".
