1 3 "effective." the following: "However, if the person,
1 4 to whom the record pertains, reaches the age of
1 5 twenty-one prior to the expiration of the twelve-year
1 6 period, the record shall be destroyed when the person
1 7 reaches the age of twenty-one."
1 8 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 11 the
1 9 following:
1 10 "Any records of a criminal justice agency
1 11 pertaining to violation of this section shall be
1 12 destroyed when the person who committed the violation
1 13 reaches the age of twenty-one."
