  1  1    Amend Senate File 320, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 97, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "property." the following:  "If the plan provides that
  1  5 the shares of each bank are to be converted, in whole
  1  6 or in part, into cash or other property, the plan
  1  7 shall provide an option for converting such shares
  1  8 into shares, obligations, or other securities of the
  1  9 resulting bank or of any other corporation and that
  1 10 the manner in which the shares are to be converted
  1 11 under the plan shall be at the option of the
  1 12 shareholder."
