  1  1    Amend Senate File 320, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, line 30, by striking the words "the
  1  4 superintendent or".
  1  5    #2.  Page 117, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  Section 524.211, subsection 2C, as
  1  8 enacted in this Act, shall not apply to the individual
  1  9 who is serving as the superintendent of banking on
  1 10 March 1, 1995."
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
