  1  1    Amend House File 528 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 232.147, subsection 2, Code
  1  5 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    2.  Official juvenile court records in cases
  1  7 alleging delinquency shall be public records, subject
  1  8 to sealing under section 232.150.  If the court has
  1  9 excluded the public from a hearing under division II
  1 10 of this chapter, the transcript of the proceedings
  1 11 shall not be deemed a public record and inspection and
  1 12 disclosure of the contents of the transcript shall not
  1 13 be permitted except pursuant to court order or unless
  1 14 otherwise provided in this chapter.  Official juvenile
  1 15 court records shall be released under this section
  1 16 only by a juvenile court officer."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
