  1  1    Amend House File 528 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 232.29, Code 1995, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  3.  The person performing the
  1  7 duties of intake officer shall notify the
  1  8 superintendent of the school district or the
  1  9 superintendent's designee, or the authorities in
  1 10 charge of the nonpublic school which the child
  1 11 attends, of any informal adjustment regarding the
  1 12 child, fourteen years of age or older, for an act
  1 13 which would be an aggravated misdemeanor or felony if
  1 14 committed by an adult."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
