  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3327, to House File 166 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "(__)  An action to alleviate or remove a
  1  6 demonstrable harm to the public health and safety,
  1  7 including any use that is a menace to the public
  1  8 health, welfare, or safety; that is structurally
  1  9 unsafe; is unsanitary; that constitutes a fire hazard;
  1 10 that constitutes a hazard to the public health,
  1 11 welfare, or safety because of inadequate maintenance,
  1 12 dilapidation, or abandonment; or which is otherwise
  1 13 dangerous to human life."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
