  1  1    Amend House File 528 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 232.150, Code 1995, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  3A.  Notwithstanding subsections 1
  1  7 through 3, records and files of a criminal justice
  1  8 agency concerning a person involved in a delinquent
  1  9 act shall be sealed when the person reaches twenty-
  1 10 three years of age."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
