  1  1    Amend House File 528 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 19, by striking lines 16 through 24 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "for in subsection 1 or 2 is
  1  4 presumed to be ineligible to be admitted to bail
  1  5 unless the court determines finds by clear and
  1  6 convincing evidence that such release reasonably will
  1  7 not result in the person failing to appear as required
  1  8 and will not jeopardize the personal safety of another
  1  9 person or persons."
