  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3327, to House File 166 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  "Economic loss" means the future loss of
  1  6 income or revenue earned by the private farm property
  1  7 which is calculated by projecting forward income or
  1  8 revenue previously earned by the private farm
  1  9 property, but does not include the capacity of the
  1 10 private farm property to earn income or revenue based
  1 11 on speculative or possible uses of the private farm
  1 12 property."
