  1  1    Amend House File 526 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "court." the following:  "If the local victim-offender
  1  4 reconciliation program charges a fee for participation
  1  5 in the program, and the court finds that the defendant
  1  6 is able to pay the fee, the court shall order the
  1  7 defendant to pay the fee as part of the order to
  1  8 participate in the program."
