  1  1    Amend House File 492 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 8.
  1  3    #2.  Page 4, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 562B.25A, subsection 2,
  1  6 unnumbered paragraph 1, Code 1995, is amended to read
  1  7 as follows:
  1  8    A clear and present danger to the health or safety
  1  9 of other tenants, the landlord, or the landlord's
  1 10 employees or agents, or other persons on or within one
  1 11 thousand feet of the landlord's property includes, but
  1 12 is not limited to, any of the following activities of
  1 13 the tenant or of any person on the premises with the
  1 14 consent of the tenant:"
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
