  1  1    Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 10, and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "federal funds; (6) amounts
  1  4 borrowed after approval by vote of the electors; (7)
  1  5 amounts borrowed by issuing revenue bonds on which no
  1  6 payment can be made from tax revenue; (8) receipts
  1  7 applied to repay money borrowed lawfully, including
  1  8 interest; and (9)".
