1 3 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 45 and
1 4 inserting the following: "SPECIAL FUNDS".
1 5 #2. By striking page 3, line 23, through page 4,
1 6 line 34.
1 7 #3. Page 4, by striking lines 41 through 44.
1 8 #4. Page 4, line 45, by striking the figure "2."
1 9 #5. Page 25, line 14, by striking the word "fund."
1 10 and inserting the following: "fund and the amount of
1 11 allocations from the fund for property tax relief
1 12 pursuant to subsection 2 and for the adjustment factor
1 13 pursuant to subsection 5 shall be as specified in law
1 14 by the general assembly. There is appropriated to the
1 15 mental health, mental retardation, and developmental
1 16 disabilities property tax relief fund for the
1 17 indicated fiscal years from the general fund of the
1 18 state the following amounts:
1 19 a. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995,
1 20 eighty-one million dollars.
1 21 b. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996,
1 22 ninety-eight million dollars.
1 23 c. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997, one
1 24 hundred ninety-nine million dollars.
1 25 d. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, two
1 26 hundred ninety-two million dollars.
1 27 e. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and
1 28 succeeding fiscal years, three hundred seven million
1 29 dollars."

1 31 inserting the following: "adjustment shall not exceed
1 32 the amount specified by the general assembly for the
