  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "trial" the following:  ", except that the testimony
  1  5 of the defendant or a parent, child, or sibling of the
  1  6 defendant shall not be admissible for purposes of
  1  7 establishing the existence of a factor enumerated
  1  8 under section 902.12, or any aggravating
  1  9 circumstance".
  1 10    #2.  Page 12, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "evidence" the following:  ", except that the
  1 12 testimony of the defendant or a parent, child, or
  1 13 sibling of the defendant shall not be admissible for
  1 14 purposes of establishing the existence of a factor
  1 15 enumerated under section 902.12, or any aggravating
  1 16 circumstance".
