  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3030, to Senate File 69, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 25, by striking lines 15 through 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "2.  The department of human services shall
  1  6 determine each county's proportion of the state's
  1  7 general population.  In each fiscal year, a county
  1  8 shall receive for property tax relief the proportion
  1  9 of the moneys appropriated to the property tax relief
  1 10 fund for that fiscal year equivalent to that county's
  1 11 proportion of the state's general population.
  1 12 However, moneys provided to a county for property tax
  1 13 relief in a fiscal year in accordance with this
  1 14 section shall not be less than the amount provided to
  1 15 the county for property tax relief in the previous
  1 16 fiscal year."
