1 1 Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 5, line 27, by inserting after the word
1 4 "doubt" the following: "by evidence that includes the
1 5 testimony of at least two witnesses to the murder who
1 6 viewed the murder from the same vantage point".
1 7 #2. Page 6, line 29, by inserting after the word
1 8 "trial" the following: ", except that the testimony
1 9 of the defendant or a parent, child, or sibling of the
1 10 defendant shall not be admissible for purposes of
1 11 establishing the existence of a factor enumerated
1 12 under section 902.12, or any aggravating
1 13 circumstance".
1 14 #3. Page 12, line 23, by inserting after the word
1 15 "evidence" the following: ", except that the
1 16 testimony of the defendant or a parent, child, or
1 17 sibling of the defendant shall not be admissible for
1 18 purposes of establishing the existence of a factor
1 19 enumerated under section 902.12, or any aggravating
1 20 circumstance".
1 21 #4. Page 12, line 48, by inserting after the word
