1 1 Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 7, by striking lines 21 through 24 and
1 4 inserting the following:
1 5 "8. However, if evidence that the defendant was
1 6 not a major participant in the commission of the
1 7 murder and that the defendant's conduct did not
1 8 manifest a reckless indifference to human life is
1 9 presented to the jury, or the court, if".
1 10 #2. Page 7, by striking lines 29 through 31 and
1 11 inserting the following: "that the defendant was not
1 12 a major participant in the commission of the murder
1 13 and that the defendant's conduct did not manifest a
1 14 reckless indifference to human life, the court shall
1 15 enter".
1 16 #3. Page 13, by striking lines 17 through 20 and
1 17 inserting the following:
1 18 "7. However, if evidence that the defendant was
1 19 not a major participant in the commission of the
1 20 murder and that the defendant's conduct did not
1 21 manifest a reckless indifference to human life is
1 22 presented to the jury, or the court, if".
1 23 #4. Page 13, by striking lines 25 through 27 and
1 24 inserting the following: "that the defendant was not
