  1  1    Amend Senate File 84, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, line 26, by striking the word "seven"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "nine".
  1  5    #2.  Page 14, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "c.  Two members shall be members of the public and
  1  8 shall be appointed by the governor and subject to
  1  9 senate confirmation."
  1 10    #3.  Page 14, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1 11 inserting the following:
  1 12    "Appointments to the board shall be coordinated so
  1 13 that the board is bipartisan and gender-balanced in
  1 14 accordance with sections 69.16 and 69.16A."
