  1  3 "A" the following:  "1."
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "2.  A franchisor shall not deny the transfer of an
  1  7 ownership interest in a franchise to an existing
  1  8 partner in the franchise who has previously been
  1  9 approved by the franchisor and who, since being
  1 10 approved, has remained active in the management of the
  1 11 franchise as a partner."
