  1  1    Amend House File 126 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 6 through 10 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "period of time to cure the
  1  4 default, which in no event shall be less than thirty
  1  5 days or more than ninety days.  However, during that
  1  6 period, the franchise may be terminated if the
  1  7 franchisee fails to make reasonable progress in curing
  1  8 the default."
