  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3009, to Senate File 13, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 5, by inserting before line 14 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  135L.2A  NOTIFICATION OF
  1  9 PARENT BY MINORS FOLLOWING SEXUAL INTERCOURSE.
  1 10    Following the performance of sexual intercourse
  1 11 involving a minor, any minor involved shall do all of
  1 12 the following:
  1 13    1.  Notify a parent of the dates and times of the
  1 14 performance of sexual intercourse.
  1 15    2.  Notify a parent of whether or not a
  1 16 contraceptive was used during sexual intercourse and
  1 17 the type of contraceptive used.""
  1 18    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
