  1  1    Amend Senate File 13, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 15, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  135L.8  PREGNANT MINOR &endash;
  1  6 RETENTION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS.
  1  7    If a pregnant minor decides to continue the
  1  8 pregnancy to term and retain parental rights to the
  1  9 child following the child's birth, and if the pregnant
  1 10 minor and the father of the child do not marry, the
  1 11 pregnant minor and the child shall live in the home of
  1 12 the pregnant minor's parent following the birth of the
  1 13 child."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
