  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3009, to Senate File 13, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 37 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  135L.9  PREGNANT MINOR &endash;
  1  7 RETENTION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS.
  1  8    If a pregnant minor decides to continue the
  1  9 pregnancy to term and retain parental rights to the
  1 10 child following the child's birth, and if the pregnant
  1 11 minor and the father of the child do not marry, the
  1 12 pregnant minor and the child shall live in the home of
  1 13 the pregnant minor's parent following the birth of the
  1 14 child.""
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
