1 4 #1. Page 2, line 48, by inserting after the word
1 5 "minor." the following: "Notwithstanding the
1 6 requirements of this subsection, a licensed physician
1 7 is not required to offer viewing of the video or the
1 8 written decision-making materials to a pregnant minor
1 9 or to obtain a signed and dated certification form
1 10 from a pregnant minor who declares that the pregnant
1 11 minor is a victim of sexual abuse as defined in
1 12 chapter 709 and has reported the sexual abuse to a law
1 13 enforcement officer or agency."
