  1  1    Amend Senate File 32, as passed by the Senate, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "For purposes of division IV of this chapter,
  1  6 "teacher" includes a principal as defined in section
  1  7 272.1."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1  9 word "program" the following:  ", and the inclusion of
  1 10 principals in phase III of the educational excellence
  1 11 program,".
