1 1 Amend the amendment, H-3009, to Senate File 13, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 1, line 40, by striking the word "will"
1 5 and inserting the following: "could".
1 6 #2. Page 2, by striking lines 23 through 31 and
1 7 inserting the following:
1 8 "2. a. The video shall be available through the
1 9 state and local offices of the Iowa department of
1 10 public health, the department of human services, and
1 11 the judicial department and through the office of each
1 12 licensed physician who performs abortions.
1 13 b. The video may be available through the office
1 14 of any licensed physician who does not perform
1 15 abortions, upon the request of the physician; through
1 16 any nonprofit agency serving minors, upon the request
1 17 of the agency; and through any other person providing
1 18 services to minors, upon the request of the person."
