  1  1    Amend House File 120 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  For improving the salaries of teachers.  If
  1  5 the teachers of a school district are organized under
  1  6 chapter 20 for collective bargaining purposes, the
  1  7 board of directors and certified bargaining
  1  8 representative for the teachers shall mutually agree
  1  9 upon a formula for distributing moneys allocated from
  1 10 the technology assistance trust fund among the
  1 11 teachers."
  1 12    #2.  By relettering as necessary.
