  1  1    Amend House File 120 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  For the costs of limiting class size,
  1  5 reducing student-teacher ratios, and employing
  1  6 additional teacher's aides in kindergarten through
  1  7 grade six in eligible schools.  For purposes of this
  1  8 paragraph, an eligible school is a school in which at
  1  9 least fifty percent of the students qualify for free
  1 10 or reduced price lunches."
  1 11    #2.  By relettering as necessary.
