  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 30, by striking the word
  1  6 "account" and inserting the following:  "annual
  1  7 allocation".
  1  8    #3.  Page 3, line 3, by striking the words
  1  9 "proportion to" and inserting the following:  "the

  1 11    #4.  Page 3, line 5, by striking the word "and" and
