A bill for an act requiring that the state percents of growth be set every two years for the following two years for school foundation purposes and reducing the number of days for which per diem may be granted to members of the general assembly and reducing the governor's salary for each day after the required thirty days until the time the state percents of growth for school foundation purposes are finally established, and providing an effective date.
