Senator Boettger offered amendment S-3341, filed by her on
April 29, 2003, to page 6 of amendment S-3332, and moved its
adoption.
Amendment S-3341 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Boettger moved the adoption of amendment S-3332, as
amended.
Amendment S-3332 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Connolly withdrew amendment S-3264, filed by him on
April 22, 2003, to page 1 of the bill.
Senator Boettger moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
the bill was read the last time.
