and providing effective dates.

Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

Final Vote: Ayes, 18: Lamberti, Kramer, Behn, Gaskill, Hatch, Houser, McKibben,
McKinley, Miller, Schuerer, Seng, Seymour, Shull, Sievers, Tinsman, Veenstra,
