Senator Kramer asked and received unanimous consent that
House File 685 be substituted for Senate File 454.

House File 685

On motion of Senator Kramer, House File 685, a bill for an act
relating to and making appropriations from the healthy Iowans
tobacco trust and the tobacco settlement trust fund, was taken up for
consideration.

Senator Bolkcom offered amendment S-3326, filed by Senator
Bolkcom, et al., from the floor to page 3 of the bill, and moved its
adoption.

A record roll call was requested.

On the question “Shall amendment S-3326 be adopted?”
