Senator Miller offered amendment S-3309, filed by Senator Miller,
et al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill, and moved its adoption.

Amendment S-3309 was adopted by a voice vote.

On motion of Senator Tinsman, House File 455, a bill for an act
requiring licensed health-related professionals to report certain burn
injuries to a law enforcement agency, placed on the Unfinished
Business Calendar on April 17, 2003, with report of committee
recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
