HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED

Senate File 433

Senator McKinley called up for consideration Senate File 433, a
bill for an act relating to and making appropriations to the
department of economic development, certain board of regents
institutions, department of workforce development, and the public
employment relations board and related matters, amended by the
House in House amendment S-3183, filed April 10, 2003.

Senator Quirmbach offered amendment S-3241, filed by him on
April 16, 2003, to page 1 of House amendment S-3183, and moved its
adoption.

A record roll call was requested.

On the question "Shall amendment S-3241 to House amendment
