Senator Miller offered amendment S-3074, filed by Senators
Miller and Brunkhorst on March 20, 2003, to pages 1 and 2 of the bill.
Senator Redfern raised the point of order that amendment S-3074
was not germane to the bill.
The Chair ruled the point not well-taken and amendment S-3074
in order.
Senator Miller moved the adoption of amendment S-3074.
