On motion of Senator McKinley, Senate File 440, a bill for an act
providing for an annual increase in specified state aid to nonpublic
schools under prescribed circumstances, placed on the Unfinished
Business Calendar on April 10, 2003, was taken up for consideration.

Senator Warnstadt asked and received unanimous consent that
action on Senate File 440 be deferred.
